The 2026 Jetour T1 has officially launched in Malaysia<\/strong>, positioned as a more urban-focused and less rugged alternative to the larger Jetour T2. The locally assembled (CKD) SUV is offered in two variants, with prices starting from RM129,800<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The entry-level 1.5L TGDi 2WD<\/strong> gets a 1.5-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 170 PS and 270 Nm<\/strong>, paired with a 7-speed DCT and front-wheel drive<\/strong>. Fuel consumption is rated at 6.8 litres\/100 km.<\/p>\n\n\n

For more performance, the 2.0L TGDi XWD<\/strong> costs RM146,800<\/strong> and produces 245 PS and 375 Nm<\/strong> from its 2.0-litre turbo engine. It comes with a 7-speed DCT and all-wheel drive<\/strong>, along with seven drive modes, including Snow, Mud, Sand and Rock. It also gets a 600 mm wading depth and crawl control<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Both variants come well equipped, with the base model featuring a 12.8-inch infotainment screen, 10.3-inch digital cluster, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, ventilated front seats, powered tailgate, six airbags and Level 2 ADAS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2.0T XWD adds 19-inch wheels, panoramic sunroof, larger 15.6-inch infotainment display, multi-colour ambient lighting and a nine-speaker Sony sound system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

The T1 measures 4,705 mm long and 1,967 mm wide<\/strong>, with a 2,800 mm wheelbase. It is slightly smaller than the T2 but remains larger overall than the Honda CR-V.<\/p>\n\n\n

For the first 2,000 buyers<\/strong>, Jetour is offering a RM2,000 launch rebate<\/strong>, bringing the effective prices down to RM127,800 for the 1.5T<\/strong> and RM144,800 for the 2.0T XWD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The T1 is available in Khaki White, Sand Gold, Aviation Silver and Carbon Black<\/strong>, and comes with five free services<\/strong>, a 7-year\/150,000 km vehicle warranty<\/strong>, and a 10-year\/1,000,000 km powertrain warranty<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
